Upgrade your roofline with our high-performance fascia and guttering systems. Designed to protect your property from water damage and improve curb appeal, our products are durable, low-maintenance, and built for all weather conditions.
We stock a wide range of uPVC fascia boards, soffits, and guttering in various sizes and finishes, ideal for both new builds and roofline replacements.

Fascia Boards
Available in two thicknesses, 16mm as a full replacement board, or 9mm as a capping board. Both products are available in plain white finish or with woodgrain. To complement the range, matching corners and joints are also supplied. Both products come in 5M lengths and a range of widths from 150mm to 405mm.

Soffit Boards
Three types of soffit are available, flat board, ventilated soffit and the more economical hollow soffit. All products are sold in white and the wood effect finishes.

Cladding
As a direct replacement for timber, white and wood effect shiplap cladding is available. These products are easily secret fixed.

Dry Verge
Amodern product used as an alternative to cement mortar. Interlocking caps used to protect the tile edges from wind damage and the wall and roof from water damage. Dry verge gives a clean attractive finish to the roof. We stock Timlock and Manthorpe dry verge which are easy to fit, very durable, low maintenance and fits most types of roof tiles. Matching end caps are available to fit the ridges.

Guttering
We stock a wide range of gutter and downpipe (manufactured by FLOPLAST) for the collection and disposal of rainwater.

Key components of a guttering system
Gutters: Horizontal channels fixed to the roof edge or fascia board that catch rainwater.
Downpipes (Downspouts): Vertical pipes that carry water from the gutters down to
ground level drainage.
Fascia Brackets: Support brackets that hold the gutter in place.
Outlets: Connect the gutter to the downpipe.
End Caps: Seal the ends of gutter runs.
Gutter Guards: Mesh or cover that prevents leaves and debris from clogging the
system.
Common types
of gutters
Half-round: Traditional, semi-circular profile; good for moderate rainfall.
Square-line: Boxy shape; higher capacity for water flow.
