EPDM Rubber

EPDM rubber roofing (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) is a highly durable synthetic rubber membrane used primarily for flat and low-slope roofs. It's known for its long lifespan, flexibility, and ease of installation.
Key Features of EPDM Rubber Roofing:
Material: Made from a synthetic rubber compound (EPDM) that remains flexible in a wide range of temperatures.
Installation: Available in large sheets, often glued, mechanically fastened, or ballasted. Seams are typically sealed with adhesive or tape.
Thickness: Commonly ranges from 1.0 mm to 1.5 mm (40–60 mil).
Colour: Usually black, but white versions exist for improved reflectivity in hot climates.
